It would appear that something went wrong with the Gold and Platinum “Anthem” Packages.
From all accounts, people who had ordered the gold package did not receive the signed and numbered poster as described in the store at the time of purchase (the description has since been changed and does not say ‘signed and numbered’). After it was brought to the attention of the band and the shipping department the following email has been sent out to everyone who had ordered it (including myself):
Dear Hanson.net Customer,
There is an error with your ANTHEM package poster caused by a mix up in our shipping department. Due to this error we are sending you a new design of a poster early next week that is numbered and signed by Isaac, Taylor and Zac Hanson.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.Thank you for continued support of HANSON through Hanson.net.
People who ordered the platinum package have reported not receiving the Anthem vinyl. These will be posted out separately too.
