While reflecting on the song\u2019s meteoric success, bandmember Taylor Hanson told\u00a0<em>Vulture<\/em>\u00a0in March the track was in need of a group well-versed in old-school music.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSomeone needs to either make it totally their own in a genuinely unique way, or it needs to be a band that has a sensibility for old R&amp;B,\u201d Hanson said.<\/p>\n<p>Considering Postmodern\u2019s specialty is one of the most mainstream R&amp;B styles of the \u201950s, we\u2019d say this qualifies.
