This year marks Hanson’s 21st anniversary as a band, and to celebrate their milestone, brothers Isaac, Taylor and Zac have created their own beer called Mmmhops, planned a world tour, and released their new album \u201cAnthem.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"FEB_2013_3CG_PROMO\"We all know Hanson because of such ubiquitous tunes like 1997’s \u201cMMMBop\u201d and \u201cI Will Come To You,\u201d along with 2000\u2019s \u201cThis Time Around.\u201d But as the Hanson brothers have gotten older, their music has also matured over the last decade and a half.<\/p>\n

So, would the Hanson of today listen to the Hanson of the late 1990s?<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s more Hanson in my iTunes than anything else, so it definitely comes up if you put it on random,\u201d Zac told Yahoo! Canada Music. \u201cWe\u2019re not that narcissistic to listen to them all of the time. We do enough work with the songs, like we just finished practicing for the upcoming tour, you end up going back and listening to songs and practicing.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf people found our computers, they would thinks we\u2019re really big fans of Hanson,\u201d Taylor added with a laugh.<\/p>\n

While listening to previous tracks gives us an instant trip down memory lane, we are excited that the pop\/rock trio is continuing to release new music like their latest album \u201cAnthem,\u201d which features the single \u201cGet The Girl Back\u201d and soulful songs like \u201cTragic Symphony.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2018Tragic Symphony\u2019 was one of the earliest ideas for the record,\u201d Taylor explained. \u201cI love that there\u2019s a song [on \u2018Anthem\u2019] that you really hear the Michael Jackson influence that we have. His singing style and his intensity and the melodies and soulfulness of that, I think you hear it in that song more than we\u2019ve had on a song in a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n
