Musical brother Taylor Hanson is the latest celebrity to choose a baby name that’s reminiscent of another celebrity, when he and wife Natalie named their newborn son and fourth child Viggo Moriah. While actor Viggo Mortensen wasn’t the direct inspiration for the baby’s name, says Natalie Hanson, “He’s a great actor and a strong, handsome modern reference for the name.”
It’s a boy! Taylor Hanson, the middle brother of pop-rock group Hanson, and his wife Natalie Hanson welcomed their fourth child, a son named Viggo Moriah Hanson, on Tuesday, December 9th. The baby was born in Tulsa, Okla., weighing in at 8 lbs., 5 oz.
“Viggo is doing great. He is the perfect early Christmas gift,” the couple said. “We look forward to being home to enjoy the holidays with him and his very excited brothers and sister.”
John Ira Shepherd Hanson may be only eight weeks old, but he’s already enjoyed a number of private performances from one of the famous Hanson brothers — it’s how he goes to sleep! Hanson drummer Zac Hanson, 22, and his wife Kate, 24, have welcomed their first child, a son. John Ira Shepherd Hanson arrived on Tuesday, May 27th in Tulsa, OK. Shepherd, as the baby will be called, weighed in at 8 lbs, 4 oz. Proud new dad Zac shared, “I am so overjoyed. There is not an audience or concert that could ever stand up to the feeling of meeting your baby for the first time.”
Taylor Hanson, the middle brother in the band Hanson, and his wife, Natalie, have welcomed their third child, a son, the band announced on its official Web site.
River Samuel Hanson was born on Sept. 4, in Tulsa, Okla. “River is an incredible addition to our family,” the new dad says in the Web posting. “We could not be happier!”
